These Terms & Conditions regulate access to and use of the elvoriq.com website and the services offered by Elvoriq S.R.L., a company incorporated in the Dominican Republic in 2022, with RNC 1-31-98462-7.
1. Purpose
Elvoriq provides access to information about real estate crowdlending projects and allows those interested to subscribe to receive updates. The site does not constitute an offer of securities or an investment recommendation.
2. Registration and contact
To receive information and take part in projects you can subscribe to the newsletter by providing your name and email. Data must be truthful and up to date. You are responsible for the use of your account and credentials.
3. Nature of the projects
The projects published correspond to initiatives in the real estate sector in the Dominican Republic. All investment involves risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the invested capital. Published returns are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. User obligations
You agree to use the site in accordance with Dominican law, good faith and these Terms. It is forbidden to carry out actions that harm the security, integrity or availability of the platform or third-party data.
5. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, images, trademarks, design) are the property of Elvoriq S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by Dominican and international law. Reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
6. Liability
Elvoriq makes reasonable efforts to keep information up to date but does not guarantee that it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the information published.
7. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will publish the date of the last update. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the modifications.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the National District, Santo Domingo, unless the law establishes another jurisdiction.
