Elvoriq S.R.L., with registered address at Av. Winston Churchill 1099, Piantini, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, RNC 1-31-98462-7, is the entity responsible for processing personal data collected through elvoriq.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in forms (name, email), as well as technical data generated by your browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies) in accordance with Dominican data protection law (Law 172-13).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your enquiries, send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, improve our services, comply with legal obligations and carry out statistical analysis of the use of the site.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when completing the form, the performance of the pre-contractual relationship you requested and compliance with applicable legal obligations in the Dominican Republic.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active or while a relationship with you exists. Afterwards, we keep it blocked during the applicable legal periods (a minimum of 5 years for tax obligations).
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties except when required by law. We may use technology providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting as processors under contract and with equivalent guarantees.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by writing to privacidad@elvoriq.com, attaching a copy of your identity document. You may also file a claim with the Dominican data protection authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and internal access controls.
9. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish the date of the last update at the top of the document.
